We arrived at our B&B, Abracadabra, around 12:00. It took a lot longer than we thought to make it there from the airport. It was just as expected, very eclectic. We each had our own rooms so it was quite nice! They had all of the conveniences, tv, ceiling fan, white noise machine! Eduardo, our host, sat down with us and went over the map of Madrid. It was great because he knew lots of specifics about price and hours. That was really great to get the lay of Madrid from someone that lives here.
We girls headed out to eat, stew wanted to take a nap. We all came back and showered heading to the Museo Del Prado. We purchased a 2 day transportation pass so we have access to bus and metro all day both days.. 15 euro each. One metro ride is 5 euro, so this was a good deal.
